The club will be operating extended opening hours this week, giving 'Our City' 2019/20 season-ticket holders the chance to collect before the start of the new season.
On Thursday and Friday, the Utilita Energy Stadium's ticket office will be open from 9.00am until 7.00pm.
And you will be able to collect season tickets up until 1.00pm on Saturday - when the Bantams play host to Cambridge United in Sky Bet League Two.
When collecting, supporters are asked to bring with them either a paper receipt or email confirmation of their season-ticket order.
To re-obtain confirmation simply visit the ‘My Account’ section of the Bantams’ online ticketing site and follow the instructions.
If you do not have either a physical receipt or email confirmation, you will be required to provide photographic identification.
Supporters who have paid for their season tickets through EasyPay finance are asked to collect their match tickets from the ticket office. Once the plan is paid in full will you receive your season ticket.
