Time is running out for supporters to collect ‘Our City’ 2019/20 season tickets ahead of the beginning of the new campaign.
City’s Sky Bet League Two opener against Cambridge United on August 3 is now just over one week away.
And the ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium will be operating extended working hours - including on the day of the Cambridge clash - to give supporters more time to collect.
When collecting from the ticket office, supporters are asked to bring with them either a paper receipt or email confirmation of their season-ticket order.
To re-obtain confirmation simply visit the ‘My Account’ section of the Bantams’ online ticketing site and follow the instructions.
If you do not have either a physical receipt or email confirmation, you will be required to provide photographic identification.
Supporters who have paid for their season tickets through EasyPay finance are asked to collect their match tickets from the ticket office.
Only once the plan is paid in full will you receive your season ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: ‘Our City’ season tickets will only be available for collection from 9.00am-1.00pm on Saturday August 3. The ticket office will operate from 1.00pm-3.00pm for Cambridge United match tickets ONLY.
