Those found to be carrying or using pyrotechnics will face a long-term ban.
Portsmouth were founded in 1898 and the club have always played at Fratton Park.
Fratton Park today has a current (reduced) capacity for 19,669 supporters, although the stadium has had a much larger maximum capacity for 58,000 supporters after the construction of the North Stand in 1935.
Fratton Park's record attendance is 51,385, reached in an FA Cup quarter-final match vs Derby County, on 26 February 1949, in which Portsmouth won 2-1.
City supporters will be housed in the Milton End with a normal allocation of 1,400 - but if needed - the maximum capactiy for away supporters can be 2,800.
Any tickets which were not collected from the Northern Commercials ticket office before 5.00pm, on Thursday March 1, can be redeemed at Fratton Park on matchday.
