Callum Cooke - who served a one-match suspension at the Montgomery Waters Meadow - also starts in midfield, having played in last week's Leasing.com Trophy affair against Rochdale.
Jake Reeves - who made his first appearance in claret and amber for almost 22 months, last week - takes up a place among Bowyer's substitutes.
