SEASON TICKETS TO GO ON SALE

23 August 2020

‘City For All’ 2020/21 season tickets will be placed back on sale TOMORROW - from 12.00pm - with prices FROZEN at £150 (Adults, Seniors and Students), £100 (Under-16s) and £25 (Under-11s).

Having worked closely with the local Safety Advisory Group and the EFL, City officials have formulated a package which enables supporters to enjoy as much of the coming campaign as possible.

The club is hoping to welcome supporters back to the Utilita Energy Stadium from October, though the capacity will be limited to approximately 7,000.

Season tickets will therefore, based on a reflection of sales from the previous season, be split into two categories: ‘Claret’ and ‘Amber’.

Fixtures will be divided as fairly as possible - taking into account the dates and kick-off times of each match, ensuring supporters can watch approximately half of City’s remaining 2020/21 home fixtures - and categorised as either ‘Claret’ or ‘Amber’, meaning only those with that respective ‘City For All’ season ticket will be admitted.

However, ensuring you do not miss a minute of the action and following negotiations with the EFL and Sky Bet League Two colleagues, an iFollow season pass will provide access to all of the Bantams’ HOME Sky Bet League Two matches - live from the comfort of your own home (not available to under-11s).

If you wish to watch one of City’s AWAY 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two matches live on iFollow, an individual match pass must be purchased separately for JUST £10.

Games which supporters are not admitted to attend can then still be viewed either as part of the iFollow pass included within the season ticket or by way of purchasing an individual match ticket.

Individual match tickets could be made available for each home league fixture - on a game-by-game basis - should season-ticket sales figures prove lower than they were ahead of the 2019/20 campaign (approximately 13,800).

Supporters are asked to renew 'City For All' season tickets in the seat they occupied last season, though the club is unable to offer any supporter their choice of seat inside the Utilita Energy Stadium, due to social-distancing restrictions, and so will then allocate each supporter a seat following the sales period.

The JCT600 Stand, the North West Corner, The Kop, The Mamma Mia Stand and the TL Dallas Stand will all be used to house home supporters - with all supporters or ‘social bubbles’ socially distant from one another.

At the present time, a ‘social bubble’ is defined by the British Government as ‘a group of up to six people from two separate households’.

Therefore, the club will allow up to six people from the same ‘social bubble’ to sit together in the Utilita Energy Stadium. For this to be made possible, each of the (up to) six season tickets in question must be purchased in the same transaction. This can be completed by using the ‘Friends and Family’ tool on our official ticketing website.

Away supporters will not be permitted at any Sky Bet League Two fixture until further notice.

Season tickets are to be dispatched via Royal Mail during the month of September. Only upon receipt will supporters discover the seat they are set to occupy, as well as whether they have been allocated a ‘Claret’ or ‘Amber’ season-ticket card.

The 2020/21 campaign will be treated in complete isolation with regards to the seats supporters will occupy. Ahead of 2021/22, each supporter will have the opportunity to renew their season ticket in the seat they sat in during the 2019/20 season.

Supporters are asked to renew ‘City For All’ season tickets from the club’s online ticketing website - by CLICKING HERE. If you are unable to do so, simply visit the Utilita Energy Stadium’s ticket office.

Wheelchair users will be able to renew their season tickets as normal. The club will endeavour to house as many wheelchair users as possible, though carers will not be entitled to a complimentary iFollow pass (for home fixtures).

Dedicated telephone, text and e-mail services have been set up to help resolve all potential queries supporters may have.

As part of this proposal, FLEXICARDS will not be available to purchase ahead of the 2020/21 season and suite-upgrade passes will only be available to those who held one during the 2019/20 campaign (including ’25 Yearers’).

However, if you had already purchased a FLEXICARD ahead of the 2020/21 season or held one during the 2019/20 campaign, you will be given the opportunity to purchase a full ‘City For All’ season ticket.

Should government legislation change to the point where supporters are unable to attend live sporting fixtures for the entirety of the 2020/21 campaign, there is a possibility that a ‘City For All’ 2020/21 season ticket would only provide a streaming option (for home games).

Should COVID-19 restrictions be lifted to the point where all season-ticket holders are able to be housed in the Utilita Energy Stadium at any one time (approximately 14,000), iFollow streaming passes could be revoked.

iFollow passes will only remain part of this season-ticket package in lieu of supporters being able to attend all home fixtures.

If you have already renewed a 'City For All' season ticket, this will be honoured and you will receive the aforementioned package. If you do not feel comfortable with this offering, a full refund can be claimed.

A ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ page will be available on the club’s official website at the point of season tickets going back on sale, answering all queries on the above while clarifying further details.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to strict capacity restrictions, the club can only offer season-ticket renewals, with ‘City For All’ 2020/21 season tickets unavailable to new customers at this time.

Supporters will have until 5.00pm on Sunday September 6 to renew season tickets ahead of the coming campaign.
