The ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium will re-open from 12.00pm today, to allow supporters to renew ‘City For All’ 2020/21 season tickets.
Given the expected demand of season tickets and anticipated volume of enquiries, the ticket office will operate extended hours.
Supporters are advised to only attend the ticket office should they prove unable to renew their season ticket online from the club’s official ticketing website.
Any urgent queries must firstly be directed to the ticket office’s official text (07949 442606), e-mail (ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk) and telephone (01274 770012)-support services.
Then, should your query not have been answered in this way, visiting the ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium should be able to resolve any issues.
When visiting the Utilita Energy Stadium’s ticket office, strict social-distancing measures will be in place and supporters and kindly asked to adhere to these at all times.
Potentially long queues and waiting times are expected at the Utilita Energy Stadium’s ticket office, and so supporters are also kindly asked to remain patient and only visit should no alternative option be available.
Temporary opening hours for the ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium are as follows:
Monday August 24 - 12.00pm - 5.00pm
Tuesdays - Wednesdays - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Thursdays - Fridays - 9.00am - 7.00pm
Saturday August 29 - CLOSED
Sundays - 10.00am - 4.00pm
Monday August 31 - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday September 5 - 9.00am - 4.00pm
