The Bantams return to Sky Bet League Two action at the Utilita Energy Stadium - hosting Port Vale in their final outing of 2020 (7.00pm).

Mark Trueman and Conor Sellars will be looking for their fourth-straight victory in charge of City, in their first game as joint-interim managers.

TEAM NEWS

City: Lee Novak, who has scored two in as many matches, is likely to once again start up front for the Bantams. 

Billy Clarke and Gareth Evans are both also in contention for Tuesday evening’s encounter, after starting at Tranmere Rovers on Boxing Day.

Reece Staunton and Zeli Ismail remain sidelined with long-term injuries. Tuesday evening should still prove to be too early for Bryce Hosannah, following a hamstring injury against Oldham Athletic.

MATCH OFFICIALS

Peter Wright has taken charge of 15 matches this season, including seven in Sky Bet League Two. In the process, he has handed out 54 yellow cards, one red card and three penalties.

The Merseyside-based referee officiated Port Vale’s 3-2 loss against Leyton Orient at the end of November, but is yet to take charge of City this season.

Wright will be assisted by Richard Wigglesworth and Daniel Woodward, with Wayne Grunnill in as the fourth official.
