The funeral of Jordan Sinnott will take place at the Utilita Energy Stadium on Wednesday March 4.
The Bradford-born former Huddersfield Town and Chesterfield midfielder passed away last month.
Jordan's service, to which his family and friends have been invited, will be held from 1.00pm.
His family will then attend the cremation, before returning back to the club to celebrate his life alongside friends.
