The club are looking to appoint an inspiring part-time Foundation Development Phase Coach (Reference BCFC002).
Working evenings, the successful candidate will be able to identify talent in the Foundation Development Phase program.
In addition, they will provide individual training programmes for the players, maximising their potential towards being elite-level footballers.
Working alongside the head of coaching and full-time coaches, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the playing, training and welfare of the players.
They will be required to be available for matches - over the weekends.
Strong communication lines will be built with the head of coaching, lead youth development phase coach and academy manager.
This post is aimed at individuals with the ability to inspire others, develop their skills and lead a group in a professional academy program.

All candidates on submission on their application must have a DBS clearance, safeguarding and protecting children, Emergency Aid Certificate, UEFA B Licence and modules 1, 2 and 3 of the FA Youth Coaches Award.
They must also be working towards the FA Advanced Youth Award and A License.
We will seek satisfactory statements from up to two independent referees.
