BIG MATCH PREVIEW: SALFORD v CITY

6 March 2020

The Bantams make their first-ever trip to the Peninsula Stadium tomorrow, travelling to face Salford City.

Stuart McCall's men will be looking to record back-to-back victories, after last week's confidence-boosting triumph over high-flying Plymouth Argyle.

The Ammies will be hoping to mount a late play-off push, currently sitting one place and seven points behind.

Graham Alexander's men occupy 10th position in Sky Bet League Two - in their first season in the EFL.

We have compiled a Big Match Preview full of in-depth pre-match analysis - ahead of the encounter.

TEAM NEWS

City: Stuart McCall could again have a selection headache after several encouraging performances in a midweek behind-closed-doors friendly at Blackburn Rovers.

Goal-scorers Jordan Gibson (2) and Glenn Middleton could be pushing for minutes, while Jamie Devitt and Zeli Ismail could be in contention.

Callum Cooke may start, having returned from injury against Plymouth, and Kelvin Mellor, Shay McCartan and Dylan Connolly will be looking to keep their starting places.
