Deliveries from The City Shop have been suspended amid the continuing outbreak of COVID-19.
Follwing internal discussions by City's official kit and retail supplier, Avec Sport, the decision has been made to suspend delivery on all orders made online until at least Tuesday April 14.
At present, the club's online store is up to date on all orders, meaning this decision will only impact any orders placed online from ths point onward.
All order confirmation e-mails from this point will contain a message about this reviewed delivery policy.
During this time, the Spring sale - offering up to 50 per-cent off selected merchandise - will remain valid.
The store's exchange and refund policy has also been extended from 30 to 60 days - and will be extended further if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: A decision on when deliveries from The City Shop will resume will be made in line with government advice.
