Bradford City AFC is giving one lucky supporter the opportunity to win a 2021/22 home shirt - signed by the entire first team - in partnership with the NHS COVID vaccination programme for Bradford District and Craven.
To enter, all supporters need to do is receive a first or second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by August 31, and provide proof they have ‘Grabbed A Jab’.
If the prize itself was not enough, the winner, who will be selected at random, will have the shirt presented to them by members of the City first team - at the club’s Apperley Bridge training base.
To enter, supporters must simply receive a first or second dose of any COVID-19 vaccine by 11.59PM ON TUESDAY AUGUST 31, and e-mail proof of this to media@bradfordcityafc.com.
All entries will then be collected and arranged, before a winner is selected at random and invited to Woodhouse Grove to receive their prize.
