The Bantams are back in action at the Utilita Energy Stadium for the first time in over a month - hosting newly-promoted Barrow in Sky Bet League Two (3.00pm). 

City sit 18th in the table and are unbeaten in the last seven matches - beating Southend United 3-1 at Roots Hall last time out.

The Bluebirds have won three times in their last five league matches, bringing their season total to five.

TEAM NEWS

City: The Bantams' latest signing, Andy Cook is in line to make his debut in claret and amber, having joined the club from Mansfield Town on loan until the end of the season.

Lee Novak, Harry Pritchard and Richard O’Donnell are all still sidelined with injuries. 

Paudie O’Connor is set to be given the captains armband again, with Tuesday evening’s goalscorers Gareth Evans and Danny Rowe both likely to feature on Saturday afternoon. 

Barrow: Two former Bantams could line up at the Utilita Energy Stadium. 

Luke James, who faced City at Holker Street in October, started the Bluebirds' last match, while Jamie Devitt signed earlier this month.

The Bantams finished their last match against Barrow with 10 men - as Levi Sutton saw red - when falling to a 1-0 defeat at Holker Street.

MATCH OFFICIALS

Antony Coggins has taken charge of 15 matches so far this campaign - handing out 43 yellow cards, three reds and two penalties. 

The Oxfordshire-based referee has officiated 148 matches throughout his career, including 42 in Sky Bet League One.

He will be assisted by David Avent and David Hunt on Saturday afternoon, with Andy Haines in as fourth official.
