CLUB STATEMENT: COVID-19 TEST RESULTS

7 May 2021

Bradford City can confirm that no players or staff members have tested positive for COVID-19 - following this season's final round of testing.

From a total of 47 tests conducted this morning, all were negative, meaning the Bantams are clear to continue training at their Woodhouse Grove base and contesting competitive matches.

The news also means City have succeeded in not recording a single positive case of COVID-19, since testing began at the beginning of the 2020/21 campaign.

Twice-weekly testing had began being implemented across the EFL from the beginning of January - after funding was provided by the PFA.

Players and staff members will keep obeying various, strict guidelines which have been put in place at Woodhouse Grove and the Utilita Energy Stadium, though no more tests will be conducted this season - ahead of tomorrow's final encounter of the campaign at Morecambe.
