‘TAKE ME HOME’ 2021/22 SEASON TICKETS: ON SALE MONDAY!

21 May 2021

‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season tickets will go on sale from 12.00pm on Monday (May 24), as the Bantams prepare to welcome supporters back to the Utilita Energy Stadium for the first time in over a year!

A revamped pricing structure will see an Adult (aged 24-64) pay just £198 to secure their seat for the coming campaign - via our official ticketing website.

A Senior (65+) and a Young Person (17-23) will both be charged £174, with a Youth supporter (12-16) paying £126, a ’25 Yearer’ £120 (including a suite upgrade) and a Junior (11 and under) £30.

Following a recent survey on the potential future of ticketing and access at Valley Parade, supporters will also be able to secure their season ticket via direct debit, evenly spreading the cost over the course of 12 months.

’TAKE ME HOME’ 2021/22 SEASON-TICKET PRICES:

Adult (24-64): £198 (DD: £16.50pcm)

Senior (65+): £174 (DD: £14.50pcm)

Young Person (17-23): £174 (DD: £14.50pcm)

Youth (12-16): £126 (DD: £10.50pcm)

Junior (11-): £30 (DD: £2.50pcm)

Launched with a moving video, the ‘Take Me Home’ campaign focusses on an older supporter who, having not been able to attend matches since March 2020, is making his way back to BD8.

Along the way, he encounters fellow Bantams who are also returning to Valley Parade, all alongside an emotionally-produced instrumental version of a City favourite, ‘Take Me Home’ - with permission from BMG Rights Management Limited.

Suite upgrades are once again available in The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite and the Bantams Bar, for an additional £120 (Adult, Senior and Young Person), or an additional £60 (Youth and Junior). As per previous seasons, ’25 Yearers’ are entitled to a complimentary upgrade in one of these suites.

Renewals of season tickets will be based entirely on the 2019/20 season. The 2020/21 campaign was treat in complete isolation with regards to seating and season-ticket renewals, meaning supporters will renew ahead of the 2021/22 campaign in the same seat they sat in during 2019/20.

City’s chief executive officer, Ryan Sparks, said: “We are delighted to be in a position to finally launch our 2021/22 season-ticket campaign, and I do not think the words ‘Take Me Home’ have ever been more applicable.

“Our rationale for remaining off sale for as long as possible was to ensure we could provide and sell what we believe is a viable product ahead of the coming campaign.

“We are very optimistic that restrictions around sporting events will slowly become a thing of the past, with a lot of effort being made to ensure we can house all of our season-ticket holders - and more - come August 7.

“Prices have increased and we have introduced more modern age bands, bringing us in line with other clubs across the EFL.

“The survey carried out earlier this month provided us with a great deal of important feedback, and we have formulated a package with our season-ticket holders’ opinions in mind.

“While prices have increased, we believe affordability - which the club has become well known for - undoubtedly remains via the ‘Take Me Home’ campaign.

“Equally, given the introduction of an all-new, subscription-based direct-debit scheme, we feel the 2021/22 product is accessible for all and allows flexibility for those who need it.

“We have worked hard to build a package which can help deliver our on-field ambitions, supporting our playing budget while ensuring we continue to provide one of the cheapest season-ticket products in professional English sport.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your remarkable, unwavering support and patience and, ahead of an exciting summer, look forward to welcoming you back to the Utilita Energy Stadium in the coming months!”
