Supporters who purchased suite upgrades ahead of the 2020/21 campaign can now apply to have these packages transferred to the 2021/22 season.
The Bantams have been unable to welcome supporters to the Utilita Energy Stadium over the course of the campaign due to the ongoing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Therefore, with supporters who upgraded to these packages not being able to enjoy the benefit, the club is offering fans a suite upgrade for next season - by means of a credit on your online ticketing account.
To claim a credit on your 2020/21 suite upgrade - in order to transfer this to next season free of charge - please CLICK HERE.
Under-11 season-ticket holders who also wish to receive credit against 2020/21 season tickets - ahead of 2021/22 season tickets going on sale - are asked to e-mail ticketingsupport@bradfordcityfc.co.uk.
Once you have completed the form, a credit will be processed and applied to your online ticketing account.
Then, when renewing your 'Take Me Home' 2021/22 season ticket, you must click the button at the bottom of the page which states how much money you have on your account.
This will subtract the amount from your transaction to leave you to pay the remaining funds manually.
PLEASE NOTE: Supporters who have applied for, and successfully received, credit on their online ticketing account, will be unable to secure their season ticket - and free suite upgrade - via direct debit.
