Captain Conlon swept up the club's end of season awards - earning the Player, Players’ Player and Club Player of the Year Awards.

Jamie Proctor

Proctor has hit the ground running at Vale Park after signing in the summer, netting six goals in 12 appearances.

The forward began his career at hometown club Preston North End, turning professional in January 2010 before making his debut four months later.

Vale’s No.13 previously donned the claret and amber of the Bantams, initially on loan before signing permanently in 2016.

Politic - a former Romania Under-17 international - signed for Manchester United from Romanian club Brașov in 2012, at the age of 12.

The midfielder has scored 2 goals in 5 games this season, after signing from Bolton Wanderers.

The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at fellow Sky Bet League Two side Salford City, and has already matched his goal tally from his nine games with The Ammies.

CAPTAIN

Tom Conlan was named club captain ahead of the 2021/22 league season.

The forward joined the club after an impressive trial period during the summer of 2018.

The 25-year-old recently scored in Vale's 4-1 win over Crawley town to take his tally up to three for the season.
