Kian Harratt makes his first start for the Bantams after impressive impacts from the bench, most recently against Hartlepool United on Saturday.
League Cup regulations allows nine players among the substitutes, so Luke Hendrie and Levi Sutton are back in City's squad - the latter having welcomed his first child into the world last week.
