Nathan Delfouneso has his sights set on victory when the Bantams travel to Stevenage in Sky Bet League Two this evening.
The forward could make his first start for City as they will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they visit the Lamex Stadium tonight.
Delfouneso insists it is important Derek Adams’ side come away with the three points and that they start picking up wins consistently sooner rather than later.
He said: “We have to attack the game head on, go in with a positive frame of mind and try and get three points.
“A game coming so quickly after a defeat is only a good thing.
“The key thing is that we go one game at a time and it is important we do not look to far ahead.
“Nothing else matters other than the next game and, hopefully, we can end this one with three points and make it a positive night.
“You cannot afford to think that you have so many games remaining because they go really quickly, especially at this time of year.
“Before you know it, it is the end of the season, and we do not want to end it with any regrets, so we have to get going now.”
The 31-year-old is happy with what he has seen during his brief time in West Yorkshire so far.
Delfouneso joined the Bantams on loan until the end of this campaign from Bolton Wanderers on deadline day and is hoping to help the team to success while at the Utilita Energy Stadium.
He added: “This is a massive club with a lot of expectations and ambition.
“There is a good atmosphere and togetherness in the dressing room so we just need to take that onto the pitch.
“From playing against Bradford City before, I know how passionate the fans are about the club.
“Hopefully, I can help the team to success.”
