JOB VACANCY: ACADEMY HEAD OF COACH DEVELOPMENT

Bradford City AFC is welcoming applications to join its inspiring and ever-growing academy structure - with a head of coach development vacancy.

Reporting to the academy manager, the successful candidate will establish a sustainable system and approach to coach development within the ccademy.

Their main responsibilities will be to develop coaches so they improve and perform to the best of their potential, and are consequently able to maximise the potential of the players they work with

They will also be required to manage the day-to-day performance of academy lead and part-time coaches.

The successful candidate will maintain positive relationships with both academy and first-team staff members, as well as players and parents within the academy. DBS clearance, safeguarding and protecting children, first aid for sport and level 4 sports coaching qualifications are all essential.
