Bradford City AFC is pleased to announce that The Yorkshire Catering Company will take over the catering and hospitality offering in Valley Parade's suites, from the 2022/23 season.

The Wakefield-based firm’s association with the Bantams will continue - having first commenced last summer - until at least the conclusion of the 2026/27 campaign.

The agreement will see the provision of hospitality catering handed over to The Yorkshire Catering Company, who will also control the running of events at Valley Parade.

The family-run business has operated the popular deli and restaurant, The Yorkshire Deli and Pizza Bar, since 2018, with an all-new restaurant and wedding venue set to open in Tileyard North, Wakefield, this year.

Christian Lawlor, owner of The Yorkshire Catering Company (above, right), said: “We are really pleased to be overseeing the announcement of a new five-year partnership with Bradford City, on back of an enjoyable one-year agreement previously.

“We are looking to embrace the culture of the City, and the success of the Bradford 2025 City of Culture success by providing a strong, varied food offering in hospitality suites at the stadium, which extends to Yorkshire Stadium Events

“We hope supporters can get behind our exciting events schedule which is already shaping up nicely - and is all beneficial to the club - and sure to bring back some great nights to Valley Parade.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Davide Longo for his input and support in bringing this partnership to life, and am looking forward to the next five years of our affiliation.”

Davide Longo, City’s chief commercial officer (above, left), said: “We are delighted to be taking our partnership with The Yorkshire Catering Company to the next level, and are pleased to see them increase their backing of the club.

“The hospitality and catering sector of the business is one we are constantly striving to improve, in order to enhance the experience at Valley Parade as much as possible, and we feel this agreement is one which will go a long way to doing this.

“The relationship we have build with our friends at The Yorkshire Catering Company over the past 12 months gives us great confidence and encouragement heading into the next five years, and we are excited to see how our offering can develop further.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Christian and his colleagues at The Yorkshire Catering Company, and are looking forward to welcoming supporters into our hospitality facilities again from next season.”

PLEASE NOTE: This agreement relates to the catering and events in the club's hospitality suites on matchdays ONLY. Hospitality in stadium kiosks will continue to be provided by Tiffin Stadium Catering
