AWAY DAY GUIDE: HARROGATE v CITY

1 October 2022

The Bantams will make the short trip to North Yorkshire this afternoon, to contest a 1.00pm clash with Harrogate Town in Sky Bet League Two.

City travel to the EnviroVent Stadium in search of their third away win in a row.

We have created an Away Day Guide to give you all the important information you need to know heading into the encounter.

STADIUM ADDRESS

EnviroVent Stadium

Wetherby Road

Harrogate

North Yorkshire

HG2 7SA

ABOUT THE GROUND

The EnviroVent Stadium, more commonly known as Wetherby Road, has been inhabited by Harrogate Town since 1920 after their move from Starbeck Lane.

As Harrogate had never previously been a part of the EFL, Wetherby Road had to undergo significant renovations upon their promotion.

The stadium had previously boasted an artificial pitch, which is not permitted under EFL restrictions, forcing Town to replace the surface with grass.

Similarly, Wetherby Road was renovated to meet the required 5,000 capacity under EFL law, forcing Town to temporarily play home games at Doncaster Rovers’ Keepmoat Stadium.

TICKETS

City supporters are reminded that tickets for this afternoon’s clash are completely SOLD OUT.

600 Bantams will make the trip to the EnviroVent Stadium, with no more tickets to be made available whatsoever.

Tickets will not be available to purchase on the day of the game, nor will admission be available on turnstiles.

Supporters who have not collected their tickets from the University of Bradford Stadium will be able to do so from Wetherby Road.

Despite the early kick-off, today's game WILL NOT be available to stream live on iFollow in the UK.

CAR PARKING

The EnviroVent Stadium does not have parking facilities on the premises, but street parking is available in the vicinity.

Local restrictions apply on the streets surrounding the EnviroVent, but the subsequent streets are accessible.

Supporters are reminded to be mindful of residents when parking.

Alternative parking is available at Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate, charged at £5 for the day. Payment is to be made at the hotel reception desk.

The hotel is located 0.6 miles away (HG1 5AH), a 15-minute walk from the EnviroVent Stadium.
