Bradford City AFC is inviting supporters to share views on the potential for weekend kick-off times at the University of Bradford Stadium to be brought forward, during this season’s winter months.
By default, Saturday matches currently get underway at 3.00pm across the EFL. However, amid rising energy costs, and ahead of a league-wide meeting this week, there is potential for Saturday games to instead begin two hours earlier (1.00pm).
Supporters are invited to complete a short survey to consider kick-off times at the University of Bradford Stadium, for weekend league fixtures, being moved from 3.00pm to 1.00pm between November 2022 and March 2023.

City’s chief executive officer, Ryan Sparks, said: “There is a lot of talk around this subject at the moment, and we have a meeting with our colleagues from across the EFL later this week where further discussion is expected.
“With that in mind, we want to gather feedback on the matter, as we would not make a change of this magnitude unless it was widely agreed upon by our supporters.
“While we are keen to explore ways to improve our sustainability over the winter months, matchday experience is, and always will be, paramount to our football club.”
The survey will close at 5.00pm this Friday (September 30).
