Andy Cook has been nominated for the March Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month award.

City scored five goals throughout the month, with Cook netting four of them and assisting the other, ensuring he was directly involved in each.

The Bantams' No.9 began the month by scoring and then assisting in stoppage time, as City overcame Colchester United at the University of Bradford Stadium. A goal at Newport County followed a week later, before a brace seven days after secured a point at home to Hartlepool United.

He is up against Charlie Austin of Swindon Town, Salford City's Callum Hendry and Northampton Town midfielder Jack Sowerby.

The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert and former City forward Don Goodman, EFL chief executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.

The winner will be announced this Friday (April 7).
