Due to fibre issues across the district, we are unable to take card payments in the Bradford City Store, Burlington Street Box Office or in our bars and catering outlets as things stand today (Saturday).
Phone lines at the University of Bradford Stadium are also currently down, with supporters asked to please carry cash with them on their visit to Valley Parade.
PLEASE NOTE: Long delays are expected at the University of Bradford Stadium today, when using cash to purchase tickets in person at the Burlington Street Box Office, merchandise from the Bradford City Store or refreshments from kiosks, bars or catering outlets. Supporters are urged, where possible, to secure tickets for today's game online.
PLEASE NOTE: Our kiosk partners, Tiffin Stadium Catering, may be unable to return exact change amounts from orders at the stadium today. If they are unable to, they will instead round up orders to the nearest £1, and donate the entire difference to the Claret and Amber Ramble fund - for the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.
The club is currently working hard alongside partners and providers for a solution, and will endeavour to keep supporters updated. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Supporters are still able to purchase tickets online for this afternoon’s game, right up until kick-off, by CLICKING HERE, or by scanning a QR code sign around the outside of the ground.
