Bradford City AFC welcomes The FA’s decision to withdraw a misconduct charge against Harry Chapman in relation to betting rules, with immediate effect.
The decision follows a review of the case, in which it was alleged the 25-year-old breached FA Rule E8(1)(b) while registered with Blackburn Rovers in 2017.
The club would like to place on record its thanks to Ben Jones of Petherbridge Bassra Solicitors and Simon McKay of counsel, who advised throughout and assisted in bringing the case to this conclusion.
The FA now considers this case to be closed, and there will be no further comment from Harry Chapman or Bradford City AFC on the matter.
