29 August 2023

Mark Hughes has made four changes, ahead of tonight's Carabao Cup Round Two clash against Wrexham at STōK Cae Ras.

Emmanuel Osadebe makes his first start since the opening day of the 22/23 season and will line up alongside skipper, Richie Smallwood, who replaces Kevin McDonald.

Daniel Oyegoke and Lewis Richards are amongst the substitutes this evening as Brad Halliday and Liam Ridehalgh return to the starting 11.

Carabao Cup regulations allow a nine-man bench, so defenders Luke Hendrie and Timi Odusina are included amongst the substitutes.

Dylan Youmbi joins fellow academy graduate Bobby Pointon on the bench, and could make his senior debut in City colours.

The final outfielder on the bench is the Bantams' newest recruit, Adam Wilson, who signed from Welsh outfit TNS yesterday.
