Bradford City AFC’s loyalty scheme will now officially be referred to as the City Supporters Scheme, with City Points to be awarded.

In May, the club launched a survey which invited feedback on the current structure of City’s Loyalty Scheme, with the results published earlier this month.

A significant amount of feedback had already been offered around the use of the word ‘loyalty’, with regards to the scheme, which further underpins the decision to change its name.

The club will continue to monitor the scheme and take on board any feedback offered, as demonstrated last year through the revision of the number of points awarded for purchasing tickets to away fixtures, which was increased due to demand.

There will be no further changes to the structure and no other products will be brought into the City Supporters Scheme at this time, though the club may look to introduce a different scheme in the future to emphasise other club spend without impacting ticket purchases.

City Points will continue to be awarded to each supporter on the following basis:

- Purchasing a season ticket: 200 City Points

- Purchasing an official 'We are the Bantams' membership: 100 City Points

- Attending a home fixture: 20 City Points

- Attending an away fixture: 20 City Points

- Attending a home pre-season friendly: 10 City Points

We would again like to take this opportunity to thank all 1,821 supporters who completed the survey, for offering your feedback and helping us shape the future format of the scheme.
