Bradford City AFC is welcoming applications for the vacant role of first-team physiotherapist.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the club's performance department, where the successful applicant will work alongside the head of performance and head physiotherapist.

They will be tasked with taking responsibility for treatment, diagnostics and rehabilitation within the first team, and will be required to work as part of the performance team to continue to develop the department in line with the club’s philosophy. 

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing members of the medical and sports science teams to provide an integrated medical and sports science programme and develop fit and robust players capable of coping with the demands of elite football.

The performance department is continually striving to demonstrate best practice and progress the provisions offered to first-team players, so the successful candidate will need to be a committed, enthusiastic individual with the desire to develop their experience of working in a professional team sports environment.

You must be able to provide two satisfactory references prior to employment, complete an enhanced disclosure and appropriate barred list check prior to employment and have a full, clean UK driving license.

Applicants must possess full membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and be Health Professional Council registered.
