LOYALTY SCHEME SURVEY: RESULTS

Bradford City AFC can reveal feedback from a recent survey on the club’s loyalty scheme.

Launched on Sunday May 7 and open for a week, the survey invited feedback on the scheme’s current model, following its first season in effect.

Taking around five minutes to complete, areas including how many points you believe should be awarded for different purchases, what you believe points should be awarded for, and any other suggested alterations ahead of next season were included.

Open to anyone with a club customer number, the survey received a total of 1,821 responses.

The results are as follows:

Q. Are you aware of Bradford City AFC’s Loyalty Scheme?
A. Yes: 97.73% - No: 2.27%

Q. Do you like the current format of the Loyalty Scheme?
A. Yes: 45.59% - No: 22.41% - Uncertain: 32%

Q. Do you think the Loyalty Scheme is fairer than the previous Away Priority scheme?
A. Yes: 56.54% - No: 16.35% - Uncertain: 27.11%

Q. Do you think the current allocation of points for the following ticket purchases is sufficient?
- Season Ticket (200). A. Yes: 62.70% - Too Many: 4.09% - Too Little: 33.21%
- Purchasing a ticket to a home fixture (20). A. Yes: 58.15% - Too Many: 29.33% - Too Little: 12.52%
- Purchasing a ticket to an away fixture (20). A. Yes: 51.76% - Too Many: 10.08% - Too Little: 38.16%
- Purchasing a ticket to a home pre-season friendly (10). A. Yes: 57.65% - Too Many: 17.92% - Too Little: 24.43%

Q. Have you been unable to obtain tickets to a game this season, despite having the appropriate amount of loyalty points on your online balance?
A. Yes: 4.39% - No: 95.61%

Q. We are considering awarding points for purchasing products and services from other areas of the club, such as products from the Bradford City Store, refreshments from stadium kiosks and matchday hospitality or suite upgrades, for example. Would you welcome this change?
A. Yes: 27.92% - No: 72.08%

The club is now in the process of considering and evaluating the feedback in full, with a view on fine-tuning the scheme ahead of the 2023/24 season.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who completed the survey for offering your feedback and helping us shape the future format of the scheme.

From next season, the scheme will change its name to the City Supporters Scheme, with the awarding of ‘City Points’. Further details on this, and any other changes to the scheme, will follow later this month.
