Bradford City AFC is inviting feedback on the club’s current loyalty scheme, with a survey open now.
The scheme, launched last season and implemented ahead of 2022/23, sees loyalty points assigned to fans based on how they support the Bantams both on and off the field.
You are able to give your feedback on the scheme - with a survey now open - by CLICKING HERE.
PLEASE NOTE: From next season, the scheme will change its name to the City Supporters Scheme, with the awarding of City Points based on fans’ purchases at the club.
Taking around five minutes to complete, this survey invites feedback on areas such as how many points you believe should be awarded for different purchases, what you believe points should be awarded for, and any other suggested alterations ahead of next season.
The survey will close at 11.59PM NEXT SUNDAY (May 14), with further information on the feedback received to be shared in due course.
