An open memorial service celebrating the life of the late Professor David Sharpe OBE will be held at Bradford Cathedral and the University of Bradford Stadium next Monday (May 22).
The founder of Bradford’s Plastic Surgery and Burns Research Unit (PSBRU), Professor Sharpe passed away in March, aged 77.
And, following a private service which was held shortly after his passing, an open service will now take place next week, with invites extended to anyone wishing to attend.
Beginning at 1.00pm at Bradford Cathedral, the service will then continue in Valley Parade’s McCall and Hendrie Suites from 2.00pm, with representatives from PSBRU, University of Bradford and Bradford City AFC all in attendance, alongside David's relatives and loved ones.
Join us at Bradford Cathedral and the University of Bradford Stadium from 1.00pm on Monday (May 22), as we come together to celebrate the life and legacy of Professor David Sharpe OBE.
