Sam Walker is keen for City show a much-improved performance as they travel to face Harrogate Town in Sky Bet League Two tomorrow.

The Bantams goalkeeper is relishing having another game soon in order to "try to right some of the wrongs" of recent weeks, as City enter the game on the back of three-straight defeats.

“No one likes to lose 5-1 like we did last Saturday, at any level of football,” he said.

“We have another game to play in quick succession and we can go again.

“As players, you just cannot wait to get back out there and try to right some of the wrongs.

“We owe it to our fans to go to Harrogate on Saturday and give everyone something to shout about.

“We have shown at times this season we can go on the kind of runs we need to, to be successful, and that is what makes Saturday such a big game.”

Walker is determined to help the side put in better performances on the pitch as the season draws to a close, and is keen for he and his teammates to finish strong as they enter the final eight matches of the regular campaign.

“We are hurting off the back of three poor results,” City's No.1 added.

“Disappointment is the overriding emotion within the squad.

“We have to go away and come back fighting stronger in the next game.

“We must continue being disciplined in what we do - on and off the pitch.

“It is about learning where we have gone wrong, but it is a really big opportunity to put in a good performance on Saturday.”

REMINDER: Tickets for Saturday's clash are SOLD OUT, with supporters asked not to attempt to purchase tickets in the home end
