Burrell joined the Bantams on loan from Middlesbrough in January - on a deal until the remainder of this season.
The 20-year old forward came through the Grimsby Town academy and represented the Mariners four times.
The frontman then put pen to paper on a three-year deal at the Riverside Stadium in the summer of 2019.
