Finn came through City’s academy, and in January 2021 signed a contract extension to keep him at the University of Bradford Stadium until the end of the 2023/24 season.
The defender, who has featured for Northern Ireland at under-21 level, has played 40 times in City colours.
A versatile centre-back who can also play right-back, Cousin Dawson has enjoyed loan spells at Brighouse Town, Spennymoor Town, and, most recently, at Blyth Spartans.
