Luke signed a new two-year deal with City in the summer of 2022 after initially re-joining the Bantams in January 2022.
The experienced full-back broke through Manchester United’s academy in 2012, and after spending time at Derby County and Burnley’s youth setups, the right-back found regular football on loan at York City.
The defender featured for the Bantams in the 2017/18 season while on loan from Burnley, and after spells at Shrewsbury Town, Grimsby Town and Hartlepool United, came back to City in 2022.
After a total of 39 appearances in claret and amber, Hendrie extended his contract in the summer of 2022, keeping him at BD8 until 2024.
