Chisom signed for the Bantams on a season-long loan from Premier League outfit Aston Villa in September 2023.
Born in 2003, the left-winger is a product of West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa’s academies.
After swapping the Baggies for the Villains in July 2020, the tricky winger quickly made the step up to the U21s, finding the back of the net five times in 17 PL2 outings.
Afoka arrived at Valley Parade on the Summer Deadline Day in 2023.
