Chris signed for the Bantams in November 2023, agreeing a deal until 2026 with Graham Alexander.
Chris played for many different clubs over his playing career including Bury, Huddersfield Town and Preston North End.
It is the latter where he met Bradford City manager Graham Alexander while they were both playing for the club.
He has been Graham’s assistant throughout most of his management career, apart from a short stint where he managed Bury in 2017.
