The club is allocated a certain number of tickets for each away game contested, which are then placed on sale in the following order.
- First: In line with the City Supporters Scheme, on the basis of City Point bands
- Second: To 2023/24 season-ticket holders
- Third: On general sale
The City Supporters Scheme, renamed ahead of the 2023/24 season, means each supporter who attends an away fixture will receive 10 City Points towards their online balance.
City Points are used to increase your chances of securing tickets to away league fixtures, and cup fixtures (home and away), where demand is expected to outweight supply. Supporters with the most points will be given an exclusive purchasing window, before tickets are then made available to those with less points, and eventually - subject to availability - season ticket holders, before general sale.
From the 2023/24 campaign, the required number of City Points will be released at the start of the on sale period, and updated at 5.00pm on the day of sale, subject to uptake of tickets. Tickets will then go on sale to season ticket holders for 24 hours, before then going to general sale subject to availability.

Supporters are reminded that, on home matchdays, the Valley Parade Ticket Office inside the Bradford City Store will be closed, with tickets on matchday ONLY available to purchase online, or from the Burlington Street Box Office, which acts as the club’s matchday ticketing hub.
